Because Lokobiz only facilitates ordering and payment, the goods are supplied and delivered by the Vendor (the “Vendor”). Cancellations and refunds are handled as set out below.
1. Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before the ordering window closes or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier, by contacting the Vendor (see Contact Us). Approval of a cancellation is at the Vendor’s discretion based on the status of preparation and delivery.
2. Refunds
- If a cancellation is approved, or if an order cannot be fulfilled by the Vendor, an eligible refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s timelines.
- Lokobiz facilitates the refund through the payment gateway once the Vendor has approved it.
3. Issues with delivered goods
Any concern about the quality, quantity, or condition of delivered goods should be raised directly with the Vendor, who is responsible for resolving it. Lokobiz is not responsible for the goods themselves.
