This Privacy Policy explains how Lokobiz (“Lokobiz”) handles your information when you use the Platform.
1. Information we collect
- Order details you provide: your name, phone number, delivery location, and the items and quantities you order.
- Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Lokobiz does not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials. We only retain a payment reference to confirm your order.
2. How we use it
- To record your order and confirm your payment.
- To share the necessary details with the Vendor (the Vendor) so your order can be prepared and delivered.
- To respond to support requests and maintain order records.
3. Who we share it with
We share your order and contact details with the Vendor for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order, and with Razorpay to process your payment. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Cookies
Customers can order without logging in and we do not use tracking cookies. A single secure cookie is used only for the administrator login session.
5. Data retention & your rights
Order records are retained for operational and accounting purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@lokobiz.com.
